Yes, we strictly adhere to the National Associates of Professional Organizers Code of Ethics, emphasizing confidentiality, honesty, and integrity. All clients' information is kept confidential.

The project length depends primarily on the size of your home or office, clutter depth, paper accumulation, and timely decisions by the client.

Our company policy indicates we will not work with hoarders unless they are actively engaged in therapy, and there is a collaborative (three-way) relationship between the client, therapist, and professional organizer.

Absolutely. In order to organize to your specifications, you must be present during the process. We do the physical work and tailor solutions to your lifestyle. However, what to keep or discard is the client's final decision. We offer recommendations; however, we will never force you to depart with your belongings. Plus, you will probably find items you forgot you had.

We tailor our services to accommodate your lifestyle. We come prepared with the tools and supplies needed for each project. We take a hands-on organization approach, working side by side with you to assess the area, identify solutions, organize your space, and create systems you can maintain. Our goal is to use organizing products you have on hand before making recommendations to purchase new storage products.

 It depends on the type of services needed. Fees are at an hourly or fixed rate. We are happy to customize a package to accommodate your budget.

The first step is a complimentary 30-minute consultation via phone or Zoom to discuss the challenges you face and the goals you want to accomplish. After speaking with you on the phone, we will schedule an in-home assessment to get a more precise overview to design a plan according to your lifestyle.
